ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Digital Marketing Associate, you will develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, focusing on driving growth for both Enterprise and Emerging brands globally. Your role will be pivotal in driving lead generation and demand through strategic implementation of paid marketing tactics, while staying abreast of industry trends and leveraging data-driven insights to refine strategies for optimal performance. 


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Execute the strategy effectively across various channels including SEO, PPC, Social Media, Display Advertising, and other relevant platforms, while accurately measuring the performance of each strategy. 
  • Analyze campaign performance using key metrics and KPIs to assess ROI and effectiveness 
  • Conduct A/B tests and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI 
  • Communicate campaign updates and insights to internal stakeholders 
  • Collaborate with teams to innovate strategies supporting growth objectives 
  • Conduct keyword research for campaign optimization and targeted reach 
  • Provide content optimization recommendations to enhance effectiveness 
  • Build and manage paid search campaigns, identifying optimization opportunities 
  • Prioritize digital marketing initiatives in alignment with business goals 
  • Present insights, recommendations, and growth opportunities to stakeholders 
  • Implement process improvements to streamline campaign execution 

 QUALIFICATIONS:
 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a high degree of professionalism and attention to detail 
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business goals into actionable marketing strategies. 
  • Demonstrated experience in managing paid marketing campaigns across multiple channels, with a focus on driving measurable results and ROI. 
  • Proven track record of leveraging data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance and achieve business objectives. 
  • Ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 
  • Experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Advertising, Bing Ads, retargeting, and display advertising is required. Nice-to-have experience includes YouTube Ads, Reddit Ads, and Facebook Ads 
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics) are a plus. 
  • Proficiency in ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies is preferred but not required.
